When Everyone Can See the Summit

A curated alignment approach for a leadership team turning a finalised strategy into a shared movement across twenty countries, through networks, programmes, and partnerships that move by conviction.

About this collection

**A strategy finalised is not a strategy landed. ** The distance between the document and the movement is where most organisations lose momentum, and where the right intervention makes the real difference. For an organisation working through networks, steering committees, expert groups, alumni, and programme partners across many countries, the challenge of landing a strategy is structurally different from the challenge inside a large corporation. There is no single chain of command. The people who deliver the mission are senior, independent, and sovereign in their own right. They participate because they believe in the direction, not because they report to anyone. That changes everything about how strategy communication works. A cascade model, built for hierarchy, does not fit. What fits is an approach that treats each constituency as a partner in a shared direction, makes the connections between them visible and deliberate, and creates the conditions for a collective commitment that people genuinely own. This is where the concept of a summit matters: When an organisation can name its destination in a single, shared picture that every constituency can see from wherever they stand, something shifts. People stop interpreting the strategy through the lens of their own programme or division, and start seeing how their work connects to every other piece. That shift, _from understanding your own role to understanding how your role serves the whole,_ is the difference between a strategy that is known, and a strategy that moves. Our framework identifies the specific dimensions where this alignment is built. The voices on this page each address one of those dimensions. They are not brought in to lecture or to diagnose. They are brought in to open a door that is difficult to open from the inside, and to leave behind a practical capability the organisation keeps. What we propose is a two-part approach: curated external voices who bring outside perspective on the dimensions that matter most, and Speak So You Are Heard, the structured programme that builds the communication capability the team needs to carry the strategy forward with precision and authority. External challenge where it adds value. Internal strength where it lasts.
