About Gina Margaret Tiger
Gina-Margaret Tiger is a Zimbabwean-born entrepreneur, digital growth strategist, filmmaker, media creator and emerging AI business builder whose career sits at the intersection of technology, storytelling, entrepreneurship and human transformation. Over more than a decade, she has built and led work across digital marketing, brand strategy, SEO, paid media, content, audience development, customer acquisition and digital transformation. What began as hands-on digital execution has evolved into a broader body of work focused on a bigger question: how do people, ideas and businesses become trusted, visible and commercially valuable in a rapidly changing world? Gina-Margaret is the founder of Be Digital Creative, through which she has worked with founders, businesses and organisations on growth, positioning, digital strategy and media. Her career has spanned African, Middle Eastern, Asia and international markets, giving her a distinctive perspective on building globally relevant businesses from emerging markets and on creating opportunities without waiting for traditional gatekeepers. Her ASB positioning reflects that evolution, placing her at the intersection of digital growth, founder authority, AI-assisted marketing, media entrepreneurship and the creator economy. Her work later expanded from marketing into film and long-form media. She produced The Bubbling Explosion: The Rise of South Africa’s Podcasting Industry, which secured distribution on Amazon Prime Video, using documentary storytelling to capture the development of one of Africa’s emerging creative industries. That experience strengthened her belief that media can be more than promotion: it can become intellectual property, historical record, authority and long-term business infrastructure. She is also the creator and host of The Self Help Show, an international personal-development platform built around conversations on transformation, emotional wellbeing, leadership, identity and human potential. Through more than a hundred long-form conversations with experts, founders, celebrities, creators and thought leaders, she has developed a deep understanding of how ideas travel, how trust is built and how lived experience can be translated into meaningful media. Today, Gina-Margaret’s work is increasingly focused on the convergence of artificial intelligence, digital entrepreneurship, founder authority and scalable media. She is exploring and building AI-enabled products and business systems designed to make advanced digital capabilities more accessible to entrepreneurs and smaller organisations, particularly across African and emerging markets. Her work in AI is not separate from her earlier career. It is the next evolution of it: moving from executing digital campaigns, to building growth systems, to creating technology and intellectual property capable of operating at greater scale. She is equally interested in the changing economics of the creator and knowledge economy: how experts turn knowledge into assets, how creators move from audience to ownership, how founders build media around their ideas, and how African entrepreneurs can participate in global markets as owners of technology, intellectual property and distribution rather than simply consumers of them. Her speaking therefore crosses several connected disciplines: digital growth, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, founder authority, personal branding, creator economics, media, documentary storytelling, emerging markets, leadership and reinvention. Gina-Margaret brings an unusual combination of practitioner experience and lived entrepreneurship. She has built campaigns, brands, media projects, digital products and businesses; worked across multiple countries and industries; navigated reinvention repeatedly; and experienced firsthand the reality of creating with both substantial resources and very limited ones. That experience shapes how she speaks. Her work is not centred on theory for theory’s sake. She is interested in what people can actually build, change or implement after leaving the room. The ASB profile describes this approach as practical, energetic, founder-facing and implementation-led, combining story with frameworks and immediately usable tools. At the centre of her work is a belief that visibility alone is no longer enough. In an age of AI, infinite content and increasingly fragmented attention, the people and organisations that matter will be those able to turn knowledge into authority, authority into trust, trust into ownership and ownership into enduring value. Her next chapter is centred on building exactly that: technology, media, intellectual property and platforms that help African and emerging-market entrepreneurs compete, create and own more of the value they generate.
