Dr Royal Duduza Khosana is an Executive Decision Architect and governance, leadership and institutional transformation adviser who helps boards and executive teams make high-consequence decisions when institutions are under pressure. With more than two decades of experience across financial services, healthcare funding, retirement funds, governance and organisational transformation, she brings direct operating experience to questions often approached primarily in theory. Royal has led two regulator-driven amalgamations, coordinating across boards, regulators and operational teams while protecting continuity and institutional stability. She has served as a court-appointed provisional curator with authority ordinarily vested in the board and management and led an organisational and human-capital restructuring in a business-rescue environment that strengthened governance and capability while preserving employment without involuntary retrenchments. Her work focuses on decision quality, governance beyond compliance, alignment before acceleration, responsible AI as delegated authority, institution-building and Africa-Gulf executive engagement. She challenges leaders to look beyond strategy documents and technology acquisition to the institutional conditions required for sustainable execution: clear authority, accountable governance, capable people, sound data and disciplined operating systems.
