In a connected world, the product, factory, supply chain, customer, data platform, and recycling process must be designed as parts of one system. Many education systems, he warns, continue to prepare young people for roles that may no longer exist by the time they graduate. His work challenges universities, companies, and governments to rethink what people must learn, how they should be trained, and which capabilities will remain valuable in a highly automated economy. Samuel is equally engaged in Web3-4-5, tokenization, digital identity, decentralized transactions, and the future of ownership. He sees tokenized systems as more than speculative finance. He has worked with emerging founders, students, and professionals on technology, manufacturing, entrepreneurship, logistics, and the development of scalable businesses. Samuel’s wider work includes university teaching, founder mentoring, venture development, and participation in international startup ecosystems. He has advised entrepreneurs and companies working across technology, manufacturing, fashion, AI, and innovation, helping them understand not only how to create a product, but how to build the system required for that product to survive and scale.
