With experience across Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Zambia, Uganda and Mozambique, he has spent nearly two decades advising leaders and organisations navigating growth, complexity and transformation on the continent. A transformational leadership capacity builder and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Teddy works at the intersection of leadership development, strategy execution, governance and organisational performance. His focus is simple: help people and institutions unlock potential, align around purpose and deliver results that matter. Over his 18-year consulting career, he has guided executives, boards and senior teams through high-stakes leadership, strategy and performance challenges. Teddy is recognised as a practical, values-driven facilitator and trainer with a strong grounding in African contexts and realities. His expertise spans leadership development, strategy consulting, ethics, organisational development, operations management and performance management systems, including the Balanced Scorecard and the Rapid Results Approach. In 2025, he authored The Leadership Gango, a leadership anthology featuring lessons from 14 Zimbabwean corporate trailblazers. The book blends personal stories with an African leadership framework and sold nearly 700 copies in its first month.
