With experience across Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Zambia, Uganda and Mozambique, he has spent nearly two decades advising leaders and organisations navigating growth, complexity and transformation on the continent. A transformational leadership capacity builder and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Teddy works at the intersection of leadership development, strategy execution, governance and organisational performance. Over his 18-year consulting career, he has guided executives, boards and senior teams through high-stakes leadership, strategy and performance challenges. The book blends personal stories with an African leadership framework and sold nearly 700 copies in its first month.
