About Zain Reddiar

Dr Zain Reddiar, a sought after speaker is a respected, dynamic and innovative business professional who excels at executive level strategic management, human resources and transformation. A seasoned global HR Practitioner, Dr Reddiar's business experience is in the international arena, encompassing Africa and the Middle East, and has successfully navigated a multitude of cultures, affording him a broader perspective on international business. His pragmatic approach and his love for people have made him a highly regarded thought leader in the field of human resources. He values his title of “King of Hearts” not just because it reflects the love that he has for others, but also demonstrates his commitment to helping them. As an expert in transformation, Dr Reddiar has worked on several greenfield projects and launched several start-ups. He was recently at the helm of one of the biggest HR back-office transformations within the telecommunications’ space touching 22 countries. As a transition coach, Dr Reddiar helps people overcome their fears, bridging the gap of uncertainty by consciously raising their awareness about strategies and proficiency while building confidence in themselves in the process. The physical and intellectual energy that Dr Reddiar continues to pour into complex issues in the HR field, to which he remains devoted to solving, is as noteworthy as his boardroom efforts. He is a member of the strategic advisory board of The DaVinci Business School and Chartall Business College, respectively. Dr Reddiar has also chaired committees on ethics, diversity and risk as well as ensuring business continuity during global threats such as Ebola outbreaks, civil unrest in emerging markets and earthquakes. He is a Fellow of the Institute of People Management and registered as a Master HR Practitioner both in South Africa and the USA. Moreover, in his capacity as a policy maker, Dr Reddiar has ensured that non-discrimination, diversity and inclusion are central to all policies. This ensures the rights of workers are protected, creating a safe and equitable workplace for everyone. In addition to his varied corporate skills, Dr Reddiar is no novice when it comes to public speaking. He is a sought-after speaker, an avid participant on international round-table discussions, and has delivered keynote addresses, as well as other private and public presentations. Dr Reddiar's most recent role was as Global Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer for CCI Global, driving HR strategy across Egypt, Dubai and the GCC. He holds a Doctoral degree in the Management of Innovation and Technology (from The DaVinci Business School).
